SUSTAINABILITY

Our shoes are entirely handmade by Italian artisans specialized in luxury goods. We work with small, family-run Italian factories and suppliers who have given us their trust, and without whom none of this beautiful project could have existed. Their know-how is unique, and we do our best to support and preserve it. Today, our craftsmen have become a bit like our family.

 

From the outset, we have worked locally with all our suppliers. Structures, heels, soles, metal parts and all other accessories used in our shoes are produced within a radius very close to our workshops in Milan.

 

We have chosen proximity, personalization and the exception to the rule. We have chosen time, expectation and desire. Today, we have little or no product stock, which translates into greater responsibility as a new fashion brand.

 

Leather, which is at the heart of our business, is a limited and precious resource. That's why, whenever possible, we prefer to use leathers that come from the surplus stocks of the major fashion houses rather than to produce new ones. Our aim is to get as close as possible to zero waste: our collections are created by transforming production surpluses into a carefully designed new line.

Responsible leather
All our leathers are sustainable and biodegradable: we only use leather from the finest certified Italian tanneries. However, we are aware of the environmental impact of the tanning industry, which is why we take all possible measures to ensure that our leather is sourced in the most responsible way. Our requirements and the monitoring of our suppliers are constant for the lowest possible impact on the planet.

Sustainable and responsible packaging
All our boxes are handmade, one by one, in the province of Milan. Completely plastic-free, our shoeboxes are made from recycled cardboard, which is then coated with pure cellulose paper. Both materials are completely recyclable and no chemical glue is used, thus greatly reducing our environmental impact. Our dust bags, 100% made in Italy, are made of certified natural cotton.
